She could have. It seems like that is a pretty popluar thing in hollywood! She does look more like Ashley Simpson now. Maybe the nose was on special!! LOL

Well according to Life & Style Magazine, Avril Lavigne has actually had a nose job. The magazine had contacted her doctor, George Lefkovitz, who stated he had performed surgery on Avril Lavigne and it wouldn't effect her singing voice.

I think she looked good before. Why do celebs have to go and change their look? I can see if her nose needed fixing, but she look fine to me!
