Beyonce pulls new album due to legal hassles

In a setback of sorts, Beyonce is pulling her new album, B'Day - Deluxe Edition" because singer Des'ree is suing over the use - without her ok - of the song "I'm Kissing You."

Beyonce said she tried to get permission, but when she didn't get it, she went ahead and recorded it as "Still in Love (Kissing You)" Des'ree found out and got p.o'd and sued.

Guess we'll have to wait a while longer till the album comes out.
